SUNDAY Forum- OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Start your afternoon with an opportunity to meet your fellow attendees and engage in a thought-provoking dialogue with your peers in one of three Sunday Forum discussions. The Sunday Forum format provides an opportunity to participate in an engaging, interactive discussion with fellow attendees and Symposium presenters. Each Forum will be moderated by an experienced PMO leader who will guide the discussion and encourage peer dialogue on topics of interest to Forum participants. Use this opportunity to ask questions, gain insight, and engage with fellow Symposium participants.
The Operational Excellence Focus Area is designed for individuals working in established PMOs to encourage discussion of issues, opportunities, and best practices for advancing an established, operational PMO. Topics of discussion may include but are not limited to:
PMO operational challenges and lessons learned
Expanding the role of the PMO over time
Portfolio management and governance
Qualifying, quantifying, and presenting PMO effectiveness (including metrics)
PMO strategic planning and planning for the future
