SUNDAY Forum- ADVANCING THE PMO
Start your afternoon with an opportunity to meet your fellow attendees and engage in a thought-provoking dialogue with your peers in one of three Sunday Forum discussions. The Sunday Forum format provides an opportunity to participate in an engaging, interactive discussion with fellow attendees and Symposium presenters. Each Forum will be moderated by an experienced PMO leader who will guide the discussion and encourage peer dialogue on topics of interest to Forum participants. Use this opportunity to ask questions, gain insight, and engage with fellow Symposium participants.
The Advancing the PMO Focus Area is taken from the Symposium theme and is designed to encourage discussion concerning the future of the PMO as well as how to advance PMO practice and maturity in your organization. Topics of discussion may include but are not limited to:
