SUNDAY Forum- FOUNDATIONS FOR SUCCESS
Start your afternoon with an opportunity to meet your fellow attendees and engage in a thought-provoking dialogue with your peers in one of three Sunday Forum discussions. The Sunday Forum format provides an opportunity to participate in an engaging, interactive discussion with fellow attendees and Symposium presenters. Each Forum will be moderated by an experienced PMO leader who will guide the discussion and encourage peer dialogue on topics of interest to Forum participants. Use this opportunity to ask questions, gain insight, and engage with fellow Symposium participants.
The Foundations for Success Focus Area is designed for individuals preparing to implement a PMO as well as those who are working in relatively new PMOs that are preparing for expansion. Topics of discussion may include but are not limited to:
