A: The program committee is seeking a variety of presentation types. Lectures, case studies, guided discussions, and other presentations will be considered. The program committee has designed a 60 minute session length for breakout sessions and a four hour session length for bonus sessions and therefore encourages engaging topics that provide opportunities for audience interaction, Q&A, etc.
Q: Are expenses reimbursed?

Please contact us at speakers@pmosymposium.org if you have any questions regarding expense reimbursement.

A: Advance purchase economy/coach class international airfare is reimbursed up to a specified limit for selected presenters travelling from destinations outside of the United States.

A: Selected speakers will be notified by mid-April. Confirmation of your intent to speak, including return of a signed Speaker Agreement and associated documentation, will be due soon after you are notified of acceptance.
Q: How many attendees will attend a particular session?
A: Attendance numbers vary widely. Room capacities will be limited to around 100 persons for breakout sessions.
Q: Will the PMO Symposium staff copy handouts or other materials for distribution in my session?

Q: How can I market my company or services at the Symposium?
A: In order to create an engaging and credible event, we will not permit marketing or sales pitches as part of the symposium program. Limited distribution of marketing collateral, giveaways, etc. may be permitted with prior approval.
