Event Registration

Registration is now open.  As an added bonus for registering early, all registrations received on or before July 31, 2008 will receive two tickets valid for a boat tour of the San Antonio Riverwalk.  Click here for details on this exciting tour!  Tickets will be included with your Symposium materials during on-site registration.

We are committed to providing an informative, engaging opportunity for the PMO community as well as providing the best value for your money of any PMO event.  Symposium registration includes:

• Full access to symposium sessions
• Printed symposium proceedings (including session presentation slides)
• Meals and breaks as indicated on the symposium agenda (2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 receptions plus morning and afternoon breaks)

Available Discounts

PMOSIG Member Discount - Members of the PMI Program Management Office SIG receive a 15% discount off of symposium registration.  PMOSIG members who register before September 1, 2008 will also receive a coupon valid for a discount at the symposium bookstore.  Information on joining the PMOSIG may be found by visiting the PMOSIG website at www.pmosig.org or by downloading a PMOSIG brochure.

Corporate Discount - Corporations registering three (3) or more employees at the same time receive a 10% discount off of symposium registration.  Corporate registrations received before September 1, 2008 will also receive a coupon valid for a discount at the symposium bookstore. 

Please note that the PMOSIG Member Discount and Corporate Discount may not be combined. 

Lodging

The San Antonio area offers many fine hotels.  We encourage you to visit the venue page to take advantage of discounted hotel accommodations available to symposium attendees.  We have selected a first class property for this event and hope that you will join us at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio.  Symposium attendees are entitled to a discounted rate of $199/single and hotel registrations may be processed via the online registration form or via our secure housing registration form located here.

Registration and Cancellation Policies

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and seating is limited.  You may register online via this website or you may FAX the registration form provided to (480) 247-4232.  Hotel registrations must be processed separately by following the instructions above. 

Discounts may not be combined and are not valid with any other discount offer.  Limit one promotional code or discount per registration.

Cancellation Policy:  All refund requests must be made in writing and sent via FAX to (480) 247-4232.  Refunds will be issued to the credit card provided during registration or via check if payment was sent via postal mail.  Refunds will be provided, less a $100 administrative fee per registrant, if the refund request is received on or before August 30, 2008.  After August 30, 2008, refunds will be provided, less a $150 administrative fee per registrant, if the refund request is received on or prior to October 15, 2008.  No refunds will be issued for request received after October 15, 2008.  No refunds will be given for "no show" attendees nor will partial refunds be provided.

Attendee substitutions may be made until October 15, 2008 by sending a request via FAX to (480) 247-4232.  Your registration will be transferred but a refund will not be issued.
