Lodging

The Dallas area offers many fine hotels.  We encourage you to visit the venue page to take advantage of discounted hotel accommodations available to Symposium attendees.  We have selected a premiere property for this event and hope that you will join us at the Sheraton Dallas.  Symposium attendees are entitled to a discounted rate of $155/single and hotel registrations may be processed via our secure housing registration form below.

Registration and Cancellation Policies

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and seating is limited.  You may register online via this website or you may FAX the registration form provided to (480) 247-4232.  Hotel registrations must be processed separately by following the instructions above. 

Discounts may not be combined and are not valid with any other discount offer.  Limit one promotional code or discount per registration.  Discounts must be redeemed at time of purchase.

Cancellation Policy:  All refund requests must be made in writing and sent via FAX to (480) 247-4232.  Refunds will be issued to the credit card provided during registration or via check at the sole discretion of the PMI Program Management Office SIG.  Refunds will be provided, less a $125 administrative fee per registrant, if the refund request is received on or before August 30, 2010.  After August 30, 2010, refunds will be provided, less a $200 administrative fee per registrant, if the refund request is received on or prior to October 15, 2010.  No refunds will be issued for requests received after October 15, 2010.  No refunds will be given for "no show" attendees nor will partial refunds be provided.

Attendee substitutions may be made until November 1, 2010 by sending a request via FAX to (480) 247-4232.  Your registration will be transferred but a refund will not be issued.
