Registration and Cancellation Policies

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and seating is limited. 

Please note that we are unable to accept walk-in registrations.  All registrations must be processed and paid in advance.

Discounts may not be combined and are not valid with any other discount offer.  Limit one promotional code or discount per registration.  Discounts must be redeemed at time of purchase.

Cancellation Policy:  All refund requests must be made in writing.  Refunds will be issued to the credit card provided during registration or via check at the sole discretion of the PMI Program Management Office Community of Practice.  Refunds will be provided, less a $125 administrative fee per registrant, if the refund request is received on or before August 30, 2012.  After August 30, 2012, refunds will be provided, less a $200 administrative fee per registrant, if the refund request is received on or prior to October 1, 2012.  No refunds will be issued for requests received after October 1, 2012.  No refunds will be given for "no show" attendees nor will partial refunds be provided.
