Q: What is the difference between sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities?
A: Sponsorship opportunities include a range of pre-event and event marketing and awareness opportunities that make your company visible to potential attendees as well as Symposium attendees. Our print and web event advertising campaign reaches over 20,000 program management and PMO practitioners and sponsor visibility is included in our campaigns. Exhibiting is a cost effective way to reach Symposium attendees through direct interaction at the event but does not include participation in many of the pre-event marketing campaigns.
Q: What if I want to be a Symposium sponsor and also exhibit at the event?
A: We will be happy to work with you and many of our sponsorship packages include table top or booth exhibit space as part of the package.
Q: I would like to demonstrate my product to attendees. Is this possible?
A: We have a very limited number of 60 minute vendor presentation slots available in the agenda that allow vendors to present their products and services to interested attendees. Please contact us at sponsors@pmosymposium.org if you are interested in learning more. Please note that these slots sell out quickly.
