PMO ACCORD WORKING SESSION
The PMI Program Management Office SIG's PMO Accord project has brought together over 30 subject matter experts from a variety of industries and regions of the world to create a first of its kind, comprehensive collection of articles and best practices related to the PMO. Authored and edited by an experienced team of PMO practitioners, the PMO Accord is a truly unique guide to the PMO.
This session will include an overview of the PMO Accord project by key Accord contributors and will invite participants to share their feedback as well as to provide their own insight and suggestions for continued evolution and improvement. All participants will receive a copy of the PMO Accord. Register early as seating for this session is limited.
